* Destiny has put on Test Broadcast the Sci-Fi channel. Hooray!
That means a regular dose of Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, Dead Like Me and... okay, those are all I know so far, 'cause I only started tuning in this week.
* Thanks to Vic's Twitter feed, I now know that California Dreams is out on DVD. Oh dear me. Dammit, I'm supposed to be saving!
* Because I've discovered my cassette (old school, I know) of the Boys soundtrack, thus leading me to rediscover The Cruel Sea's wonderful cover of She's Not There, you get a free mp3 download. Offer good until... well, 7 days from now. Haha.
* Speaking of old school, my current team lead's also from Maid Uniform School. She was in the batch after mine. She is from the REC class. She is a Student Council Member. She made the effort to do well in school. She is friends with people who occupied stone tables. I am sticking to work-related topics with her.
* Got my salary. Paid credit card bill. Goodbye, salary.
* Today I discovered that I can no longer stomach Jollibee burgers. It was like my stomach got offended that I would feed it such a food-type specimen, so I had to chow on some instant noodles to make it forget the offense.
* Is it possible that not living in the US will pay off, and I will get to see the 3 unaired 2nd season episodes of Pushing Daisies before the DVD comes out? If so, glorious.
* Non-working holidays next week! Hooray!
* Good news and sad news this week in the Whedonverse.
* Got myself a Western Digital My Passport hard drive. It's green. It's shiny. It's costs me.
