Anyhoo.
How lovely was it for Anthony Bourdain to say "I hate to say it, (but a world after Rachel Ray might be) better than the world before Rachel Ray."
Because you know when Tony Bourdain says he "hates to say it" and gives Rachel Ray a backhanded compliment, he really means he hates to say it.
