Everytime I see the Biography channel's ad for Julio and Enrique Iglesias, all I can think of is my dad and his friend, who is related to Enrique's mother.
According to them both, back when she first started dating Julio, Isabel Preysler had been the debutante of choice in their circle, and nobody could fathom why she was dating "that soccer player"*.
Now her son's married to "that tennis player".

*in case you didn't know (which I'm sure you do, because all my friends are fonts of weird pieces of information), Julio was in youth training to be the goalie of Real Madrid.
