Okay, so I originally stumbled upon TV Tropes from a link from @geekvsgeek, but I hadn't had the time to go through it at the time.
Last night, I can't remember what it was that I Google'd (it truly is a verb now), but I got there, and oh lord. There's like no escaping TV Tropes. You keep thinking to yourself, just one more link, and I'll stop.
But you never do.
It truly is, as the XKCD strip states, a tab explosion. Because it is so made of awesome, you don't want it to end.
On a non-related note, I can't imagine Gossip Girl in college. The whole magic of the series (as with most of the crap I guilt-love from The CW/WB/UPN) is the absolute freedom of what you can get away with in high school.
Because, really: outside of Greek (ABC, you still owe me for Pushing Daisies), what other show successfully depicts college? Veronica Mars, for all its awesomeness, couldn't do it.
But, frak it. It's Blair Waldorf. Just get rid of her highlights. It's so wrong.
