a few things:
1) yesterday/last night's MRT fiasco. Arrgh. You bastards made me spend money unneccessarily as I loitered around the Shaw station waiting for the train to return. Bad.
2) Cable signal was not present yesterday when I got home. Sigh.
3) I have a media player that plays .dat files!!! So I can save the cached media of Daily Show clips and play them over and over!!! *mad, demented laugh*
Now: Where to find that Stephen Colbert clip of him reporting on the Prince Charles scandal...
4) Cel just sent a text message asking if I'm up for coffee later. Gee, Cel, I don't know. Can you promise your boyfriend -- or ex, or whatever the hell he is now -- won't be there?
5) A belated Emmy comment: yay, Felicity Huffman won over Teri Hatcher. And I enjoyed her "Oh my God I've turned into one of those actresses" comment as she started tearing up. Haha. Good one.
And I pledge allegiance to Joss Whedon. I will watch Serenity even though it's the reason why he didn't pursue Angel or Buffy.
Xander: As in burnt up? Someone setting people on fire? That's nuts!
