Early morning, waiting for flag ceremonies, before the NSAT:

(National anthem starts. Girls from Maid Uniform School stand uniformly, not singing along. Girls from other school singing loudly, proudly.) Afterwards:

Girl (from other school): Ano ba yan. Hindi marunong kumanta ng Bayang Magiliw.
Classmate (from Maid Uniform School): (overhearing, snootily) Because it's Lupang Hinirang.

Hahaha. Bitch. And I love her for it.
