(Well, actually, watch it, because it tells a wonderful back story for a wonderful show and it makes you understand why everyone involved in it loves it so much, even to this day.)
In it Tim Minear shared one of Joss's story ideas and it involved Inara's mysterious syringe. It was not pleasant.
