Hey, if Sarah Silverman and Justin Timberlake can win an Emmy, so should Amy Poehler.
It occurs to me that as brilliant as the Palin rap was for this weekend's Weekend Update, going viral is just not enough. That song has to win an Emmy. And what's a better way to send off Amy Poehler (sidebar: OMG, did you see Will Arnett in the backstage video? I heart you, Will!) than to give her (or, likely Andy Samberg, as I think he's the genius behind all these fabulous songs) the Emmy for Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics (it's in the technical awards)?
