medical applications of unicycles

Chrys: You're sick again?
Me: I told you. I have no immune system to speak of.
Chrys: So it's pointless if you get the AIDS virus, because there's nothing to attack?
(me and Chrys, many many years ago)

I'm sick again. As in drink-plenty-of-fluids, take-two-and-call-me-in-the-morning, have-plenty-of-bed-rest sick.

And I'm at work.

Well, clearly not working, because how else will this blog get updated.

I sound like a frog, and not in the Kermit kind of way. Earlier Auti said it was akin to... someone. Then she added "Inday Badiday", to which I protested if it could just be RuPaul.

I wonder how I'm going to conduct interviews now.

I love portable-apps.com so much I want to marry it.

Okay, not really, but I'm doped up on cough medication.

I miss Marian. The last time I was sick she bought me mango, orange, pineapple and four seasons canned drinks, on the hopes it would make me better. It didn't, not really, but she's a nurse, and how was she supposed to know my illnesses are usually psychosomatic?

Uuuy, Psych term.

Fixed my book shelf. (There are plenty, and I only fixed one particular one.) Got my cousin to buy me plastic wrapper a couple of months ago, and only discovered over the weekend that it's the cheap kind. So I used it to wrap the teenybopper pocketbooks in my collection.

I love Serenity. If Joss Whedon put his name on cereal, I'd eat that up, too.

Got the best of The Cranberries. It doesn't have "Pretty", but I'm probably the only one who loves that song.

Oh if only I could find the link for the video of Stephen Colbert singing Charlene. All I have is the .mov version, and I seem to have lost the .avi.

See me complaining. Whine, whine, whine.

I wonder what slut-o-(d)rama is whining about now.

I saw SNL's Black-Eyed Peas ad/skit. Hee. Amy Poehler. The woman is insane.

"Jumping Judas on a unicycle. What happened?"

Hee. Unicyle. (see: The Ricky Gervais Show, episode 5, 12:15)
